Sweating isn’t always a negative thing. In fact, it can do wonders for your skin. Sweating during moderate exercise or any healthy activity purges the body’s toxins that can clog pores and irritate the skin with blemishes and pimples.

It also helps get rid substances like alcohol, cholesterol and salt. Sweat also, in a way, acts as an antibiotic by producing a substance called dermicidin to help heal wounds and cuts on the skin.

Just remember to wipe off the sweat after a workout!
