Insurance We Accept

We are happy to accept your insurance. However, you are responsible for knowing what your coverage allows and what procedures/treatments require prior authorization. This may involve your contacting your Primary Care Physician and making certain they provide the proper paperwork BEFORE we can provide the treatment. Please contact YOUR insurance company and follow up with their requirements.

Notice: We do not accept any Medicaid. If you have an AARP plan, we can only accept it if it is a supplementary insurance. If your insurance is not on the list and you would like to know if we accept it, please call us at (727)-528-0321. See which plans we accept below
