Being out in the sun during the RIGHT TIME OF THE DAY can be a good way to get Vitamin D. However, remember that the skin around your eye area and on your face in general is typically a bit thinner than other areas on your body.

When you’re outside, it’s strongly recommended to ALWAYS protect this thin layer of skin with sunscreen to reduce the risk of sun damage and premature wrinkling.
